The system features the Neo 48×72 FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) vessel, which is extremely durable, corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and capable of withstanding high operating pressures. Its extra-large volume allows for maximum resin media capacity, providing efficient softening even under very high flow rates.
 
Inside the vessel, premium Indian cation exchange resin is used to remove hardness. During the softening process, calcium and magnesium ions are exchanged with sodium ions, producing soft, scale-free water. The vessel can be equipped with manual or automatic multiport valves, which allow efficient flow control, backwashing, and regeneration cycles for continuous operation.
