The Neo 36×72 FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) vessel forms the core of this system. It is durable, corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and capable of handling high operating pressures, making it ideal for heavy-duty water softening applications with large water demands. Its extra-large volume allows for significant resin media capacity, providing efficient softening even for high-flow or industrial-scale operations.
Inside the vessel, premium Indian cation exchange resin is used to soften water. During the process, calcium and magnesium ions are exchanged with sodium ions, producing soft, safe, and scale-free water. The vessel can be equipped with manual or automatic multiport valves to control flow, backwash, and regeneration cycles efficiently.
