The core of the system is the Neo 24×72 FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) pressure vessel, which is durable, corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and capable of handling high operating pressure. Its large size provides maximum media capacity, making it suitable for heavy-duty applications with high water consumption requirements.
Inside the vessel, high-grade Indian cation exchange resin is used to remove hardness from water. During the softening process, calcium and magnesium ions are exchanged with sodium ions, effectively producing soft water that protects pipelines, boilers, heating systems, and appliances from scale.
